### What kind of change does this PR introduce?

* Add `fill_nan_ds` in xscen to be abel to better fill nan holes (use
case: use CaSR to fill the missing values of the MRCC5)
* Test to make sure the new missing `some_but_not_all` xclim option
works in xclim.
* Put the warning raised by health checks in the attrs of the output
(use case: I now pass a health check on the extracted data, I don't want
it to fail if there are nans, but I want to keep a trace of the
warning.)
* Add possibility to zarr.zip in one line inside save_to_zarr.
(@RondeauG to replace tmp_zarr_and_zip in the workflow)

The test will fail until a new xclim is out.
