feat(proxy): add custom DNS support for all proxy types

  DNS queries now bypass proxy when custom DNS is configured via .DNS() or
  .DNSOverTLS(). Target hostnames are pre-resolved locally before being
  sent to the proxy.

  Changes:
  - connectproxy: pre-resolve DNS when custom resolver is set
  - connectproxy: use custom dialer for HTTPS proxy connections
  - middleware: pass custom resolver from client to proxy dialer

  Works with SOCKS4, SOCKS4a, SOCKS5, SOCKS5h, HTTP, and HTTPS proxies.
