Changes v0.0.8:
- comments that start with `/*!` should also be considered legal comments
- implemented a series of micro-optimizations rezulting in a 2X performance improvement
- added proper jsDoc for the plugin itself to guide devs on the spot
- replaced vite with tsdown for bundling
- added a simple bench for test, for sampled text it should take less than 0.065 milliseconds to pass the test
- updated README with examples on rolldown/tsdown
