fix: resolve CommonJS require error in production build

- Add Sentry error tracking support (reads DSN from PRIVATE.json)
- Configure Vite to properly handle CommonJS dependencies
- Add optimizeDeps for geojsonhint and jsonlint-lines
- Split maplibre into separate chunk for better caching
