* Fix unused function warning causing CI failure

Remove unused swap_bytes template specializations for uint16_t and int32_t.
All BTF struct fields are uint32_t except magic (uint16_t) which is
intentionally not swapped as it's used for endianness detection.

This fixes MSVC warning C4505 treated as error.
