Clarify yojson dependencies

Note that:

1. yojson-five first release was `2.2.0`
2. yojson-five requires the same version for yojson

So, effectively the former bounds was implying `(>= 2.2)`. Might as well make it
more explicit for humans reader, which is what this change aims to do.

This should result in *no new constraints added* regarding which combination of
versions are allowable to build the project.
