BLOCK/DEFS: adding string-like initializer, close #149

This was also used to experiment with github copilot agent GenAI, as a result there's now `.github/copilot-instructions.md` file added.

Overall result is fail, took probably 3x longer than if I would implement it myself, run out of monthly free plan chat quota halfway into the implementation. The positives were initial analysis and actually checking existing code and tests for me and asking about some nuances to finetune the design. This took still a bit longer because of explaining/answering to things it could not pick up from limited scope, but it was low mental effort and somewhat fun. Once it attempted to implement anything, it went lot worse, not asm-like accurate to develop anything on its own, needs supervision and fixing all outputs. Finally when it got to code implementation, it hit my chat quota and first attempt was mediocre at best.

If you are reading this and you plan to use GenAI extensively to help with sjasmplus development, you should either review and rework such changes thoroughly, or don't bother, right now the GHCP with "claude haiku 4.5" model is not even close to the required quality to boost productivity, was just dragging down the process considerably. Although in fun ways, chat was nice.
