* Add Android platform support to setup.py - remove EGL/GLESv2 (iOS only)

* Fix Android platform GL flags for cibuildwheel - use native OpenGL ES

* Add Android SDL3 support for cibuildwheel builds

- Add Android platform detection and SDL3 configuration in setup.py
- Detect current ABI from CIBW_HOST_TRIPLET for correct library linking
- Add include paths for SDL3 headers (base + per-library directories)
- Add library_dirs for ABI-specific .so files
- Configure pyproject.toml for Android builds with API level 21
- Skip default wheel repair to maintain android_21 compatibility

* Add wheelhouse to gitignore
