Added support for NPC groups and their members (#1347)

Implemented classes and models to load and store data about NPC groups (NpcGroup) and their members (NpcGroupMember) from SQLite. Added SQL dumps populating the npc_groups and npc_group_members tables. This will allow the implementation of group behavior of NPCs, formations and the interaction between them on the server.
