refactor: rename `INDETERMINATE` state value to `MIXED` for clarity

- Rename `ToggleStateValue.INDETERMINATE` to `ToggleStateValue.MIXED`
- Update all references across core classes (`DOMBuilder`, `StateReducer`)
- Reflect changes in event mapping and tooltip logic
- Update test descriptions and assertions to use new naming

This aligns better with ARIA `mixed` terminology and improves code readability.
