ar: add support for reading SVR4 variant files (#1017)

* add new readAr dispatcher and rename existing implementation to readArBSD

* implement getVariant subroutine to identify ar format variants

* add test files for archives with long filenames

* organize and add files required for ar tests

* add tests for listing archive contents

* implement readArSVR4()

Now ar can correctly list SVR4-style archive files.

* Correct variable name from %tf{} to {}

* remove unused variable

* temporarily use Dumper for debugging

* Revert "temporarily use Dumper for debugging"
