* Move RFC 9669 bswap tests to match new directory structure

After merge with main, RFC 9669 tests are now in tests/ directory
with rfc9669_ prefix instead of tests/rfc9669/ subdirectory.
Renamed sec_4_2_bswap*.data to rfc9669_bswap*.data to match convention.

* Remove spurious build artifacts from repository

Removed _codeql_build_dir/ directory and _codeql_detected_source_root symlink
that were accidentally committed. Added _codeql_* pattern to .gitignore to
prevent future commits of these build artifacts.
