docs(kubereplay): document deletecollection limitation in CloudWatch filter

deletecollection (bulk delete via namespace cleanup or kubectl delete -l)
does not include individual resource names in the audit event, so we cannot
capture individual delete events from bulk operations.

Individual delete events are captured correctly.
