[feature] Added bookmarkable URLs and browser history support #238

Added support for URL fragments so the current map/graph
view state is reflected in the browser URL.
Allow deep linking so users can bookmark or share links to
specific views and return to the same state via forward/back
buttons and direct URL navigation.

Closes #238
