docs: update README to match current implementation (#4)

* docs: update README to match current implementation

- Remove outdated Secret Manager references (now uses API_KEY env var)
- Update configuration table with correct flags
- Add standard badges (CI, coverage, Go Report Card, Go version, docs, DeepWiki)
- Add Docker build and run instructions
- Simplify deployment and local development sections

* docs: use environment variables for API key
