Align Notion provider with standard WorkUnitCreator interface
Standardizes CreateWorkUnit to use provider.CreateWorkUnitOptions:
- Replace custom CreateWorkUnitInput with standard CreateWorkUnitOptions
- Support status via CustomFields map for flexibility
- Map Assignees slice to single assignee (Notion limitation)
- Map Priority field to resulting WorkUnit
- Remove obsolete type and comment
