fix: support git worktrees in repository open

Use PlainOpenWithOptions with EnableDotGitCommonDir to properly handle
git worktrees where .git is a file pointing to the main repository's
worktree directory.

Without this option, go-git fails to find HEAD reference in worktrees
with error "reference not found".
