fix(registry-api): show error in case registry-api unavailable (#1482)

* fix(registry-api): show error msg in case registry-api get fails

* fix(registry): improve cache invalidation and error handling

- Use fetchQuery instead of ensureQueryData in registry route loader
  to always fetch fresh data and properly throw on errors
- Add removeQueries for registry servers cache when settings change
  to force fresh fetch on navigation
- Use useQueryClient hook instead of global queryClient for consistency
- Trim source value before caching to match API payload
- Update error message text for clarity

- Replace wildcard patterns with type-safe mswEndpoint helper
- Remove manual beforeEach mock setup in favor of auto-mocker defaults
- Use server.use() for test-specific overrides
