LGA-3752: add allowlist to kube deployment (#312)

* Test/add allowlist to kube deployment

* run black linting

* fix correct variable

* add installation of envsubt for running allowlist

* Use perl instead of envsubts

* restore changes for testing purposes

* Use a simpler different approach

* undo changes

* Inject the update file whilst deploying to stg

* add pingdom to whitelist to avoid issues with alerts

* add forwarded to headers annotation and cleanup

* set traffic policy to local

* revert policy changes and try adding secRule

* change modsec to nginx

* fix bug with ingress dir

* use correct className

* bring modsec back

* Remove statement that was replacing whitelist source with placeholder
