Updated README.md to clarify custom CA configuration for SAP BTP Service Operator, including Helm chart instructions and troubleshooting steps.



* Address review feedback on custom CA section

Reorder text per avilupu's suggestion:
- First describe the generic feature (custom CA support)
- Then note when it's useful (restricted environments)
- Remove "organization-specific internal" phrasing
