test: Add error path tests for ops package

Add unit tests for error handling paths in cmd.go and copy.go:
- TestExecuteCmd_ErrorPaths: Test error handling in executeCmd
- TestMakeExecResult_AllPaths: Test all result code paths
- TestExecuteCopy_ErrorPaths: Test various copy error scenarios
- TestProcessDir_ErrorPaths: Test directory processing errors
- TestSendFile_ErrorPaths: Test file sending error paths
- TestExecuteCopy_InvalidOptions: Test invalid option combinations
- TestProcessDir_EmptyDirectory: Test empty directory handling

These tests exercise error code paths that weren't covered before,
improving coverage for ops/cmd.go and ops/copy.go.
