Use the Hardware.Info.Aot package instead of Hardware.Info (#748)

* Use Hardware.Info.Aot

This brings us closer to making commonItems NativeAOT-compatible because System.Management is no longer used in DebugInfo.

* Drop System.Management usage in DebugInfo

* Fix warnings

* Fix tests on non-Windows platforms

* Skip LogAntivirusInfoLogsAntivirusNameOnWindows on Windows Server

* Remove antivirus detection

* Bump version after changing the package's API

* Remove unused imports
