Add multi-format TIL input support and multi-sample matching

- Add til_csv and til_h5ad fields to Sample model for flexible TIL data input
- Add load_til_data() with support for h5ad, CSV, and VDJ directory formats
- Auto-detect CDR3 column naming conventions in CSV files
- Update match_til() to support multiple TIL samples via dict input
- Add per-sample output columns for multi-sample matching
- Update CLI match-til with --sample-sheet, --til-h5ad, --til-csv, --til-vdj-dir
- Add validate_match_til_args() for CLI validation
- Update documentation with new TIL matching options
- Add comprehensive tests for all new functionality
