docs: add Expo Go incompatibility documentation and CI validation (#75)

ThumbCode intentionally requires custom development builds due to native
security modules (expo-secure-store, expo-local-authentication,
react-native-ssl-public-key-pinning). This commit adds comprehensive
documentation to help developers understand this requirement.

Phase 1 - Documentation Updates:
- README.md: Add "Development Build Required" section with build commands
- docs/development/SETUP.md: Add build instructions, when to rebuild,
  troubleshooting section for common native module errors
- CONTRIBUTING.md: Add prerequisites noting development build requirement
- scripts/setup.sh: Add prominent warning about Expo Go incompatibility

Phase 2 - CI/CD Validation:
- scripts/check-expo-compatibility.js: Script to analyze and report
  Expo Go incompatibilities (exits 0, informational only)
- .github/workflows/ci.yml: Add expo-compatibility-report job that
  runs early in CI and outputs a GitHub Actions job summary
