Implement Agent Intelligence System (#29)

feat: Implement Agent Intelligence System

Adds the foundational agent intelligence infrastructure including:
- Chat components (ChatBubble, ChatInput, ActionButton, CodeBlock)
- Chat store with Zustand
- Agent orchestrator services
- Tab-based navigation with chat screen

Note: agent-intelligence package uses NativeWind v2 styled() API and is 
excluded from TypeScript compilation until migration to v4.
