Add bracket index syntax and improve expression handling

- Add bracket notation for array/object access: {{_ARRAY[0]}}, {{_OBJ["key"]}}
- Support variable indices in brackets: {{_ARRAY[{{_I}}]}}
- Support computed indices: {{_ARRAY[1+1]}}
- Fix set command to handle inline numeric values: {{set _X=42}}
- Add unary minus support in direct expressions: {{-5}}, {{--5}}
- Handle unary minus after binary operators: {{5 - -3}}
- Add comprehensive edge case tests for bracket notation and expressions
- Update SYNTAX.md with bracket notation documentation
