fix: make architecture field case-insensitive for backward compatibility

Existing example files use uppercase 'X86_64' which would break with
strict case-sensitive matching. Use strings.ToLower() to accept any case.

This ensures backward compatibility with existing configs while
maintaining the same normalization logic.
