test: increase coverage from 76% to 84%

- Add tests for Batch.PutBytes, Batch.PutJson, AggregateResult.Avg
- Add tests for Store.FindKey and struct/map conversion helpers
- Add tests for rangeOverlaps and multi-SSTable range scanning
- Add TestL1ToL2Compaction for higher-level compaction
- Fix flaky TestCompactWithOverlappingL0 test expectation
- Remove dead code: getCompressBuffer, putCompressBuffer,
  Manifest.DeleteTable, Manifest.Sync
- Add configurable L1MaxSize option for testing
- Enhance ForceCompact to compact all levels, not just L0->L1
- Exclude cmd/tinykvs-bench from coverage reporting in CI
