docs: remove implementation prompts from PR

The docs/prompts/ directory contains implementation planning documents
that were used to guide development but are not user-facing documentation.
Removing to avoid markdown linting errors and keep PR focused on code.

The feature is fully documented in:
- API godoc comments (types.go, validation.go)
- Code comments in templates
- Example YAML files (examples/, tests/data/)
