Backend docc (#439)

* Added cmake-build node.js binding for sdfglib-auto. WIP

* Updated node-bindings. Working with tests that deser and ser SDFGs

* Upgrade to working versions of libs

* Update cmake config to match submodule changes,

 + added backend node bindings with unit tests

* Rebasing submodules to be mergeable

* Update sdfglib to fix missing deb-dependencies on built packages

* Make npm project be initialized correctly, test it on debug and release and upload an artifact of it on release

* Updated submodules post-merge

 * partitioned docc binaries into more components, to not pull unneded ones into the backend package
 * backend package uses another folder
