Add batch writes and conditional operations

Batch writes:
- NewBatch() creates a batch for atomic writes
- batch.Put(), Delete(), PutString(), etc.
- store.WriteBatch(batch) applies all ops atomically

Conditional operations:
- PutIfNotExists(key, value) - only set if key doesn't exist
- PutIfEquals(key, value, expected) - CAS operation
- Increment(key, delta) - atomic add to int64

New errors: ErrKeyExists, ErrConditionFailed, ErrTypeMismatch
