Commit Message

Update toolhive-expert agent with current codebase state (#3309)

Major updates to reflect current ToolHive architecture:

- Update from "Three Main Components" to "Six Main Binaries" (add vmcp,
  regup, help)
- Add comprehensive Virtual MCP Server (pkg/vmcp/) documentation with
  all 14 subpackages
- Add OAuth2 Authorization Server (pkg/authserver/) with correct
  directory structure
- Add Kubernetes CRDs section listing all 8 CRDs
- Add missing core packages (permissions, groups, audit, telemetry,
  k8s, mcp, networking, errors, logger)
- Update environment variables with runtime, secrets, auth, and
  container image vars
- Update development commands (build-vmcp, install-vmcp, all,
  all-with-coverage)
- Add Two-Boundary Authentication section for vMCP
- Update Key Files section with vmcp and authserver paths
- Update Dependencies with actual import paths (mcp-go, fosite, jwx,
  go-jose)
- Add new example scenarios for vMCP and authentication
- Fix pkg/store to pkg/state (actual package name)
- Fix ToolConfig to MCPToolConfig (actual CRD name)
