docs(api): clarify post() parameter is headers, not connection options (#1869)

The third parameter to post() was documented as "ethers ConnectionInfo"
but the implementation always treated it as additional headers. Renamed
the parameter from `opts` to `headers` and updated JSDoc to match the
actual behavior.
