safe/fast mode: vinyl works only in safe mode

vinyl can make two yields in transaction.
So crud methods with vinyl space can make two yields.

It makes possible situation when rebalancing started, but
crud write method with vinyl space is in progress. This can
lead to data duplication.

In order to prevent this crud will always work with
vinyl spaces in safe mode.
