Simplify inference_test.cc to generate 3 tokens securely

Modified `test/language/inference_test.cc` to mimic the initialization of
`src/chat/chat_main.cc`, including the use of `rendezllama::GlobalScope`
and `noop_log_callback`.

The test now generates exactly 3 tokens and checks for basic stability
instead of asserting specific output content. It also includes a workaround
for a potential crash by setting the boundary prefix to ":".
