update(llama.cpp): again

Add CONTRIBUTING.md and clean up test artifacts

Added a CONTRIBUTING.md file with build and test instructions.
Deleted test logs and data files that were inadvertently created.

Refactor flag matching to use constexpr std::string_view

Renamed `match_option` to `flag_eqstrlit` and updated its signature to use
`constexpr` and `std::string_view` for better performance and type safety.
The `expected` argument is now the first parameter.
