fix: Stabilize field help icon alignment across browsers

- Fix Firefox-specific layout shift when validation errors appear
- Use fixed height (38px) for icon wrapper on simple fields
- Apply flexible alignment (start/center) for complex array fields
- Center checkboxes vertically to align with help icons

This ensures consistent icon positioning regardless of validation state
and prevents layout shifts between Firefox and Chrome.
