fix: address Copilot review feedback for CTK multi-source

- Add error handling for git clone/fetch/checkout operations
- Add error handling for make cmds build step
- Add error handling for docker/podman cp operations
- Add error handling for git ls-remote in latest template
- Quote shell variables in package installation loops
- Add jq availability check before provenance parsing
- Add architecture detection for Go installation (amd64/arm64/ppc64le/s390x)
- Make Go version configurable via NVIDIA_CTK_GO_VERSION env var
- Add repository URL validation (security: only allow GitHub URLs)
- Improve GitHub API error messages with response body details
- Adjust context timeout (35s) vs HTTP client timeout (30s)
