Add CRD overview diagram to operator architecture docs (#3273)

Add a concentric circles diagram and layer table to help users understand
how the CRDs relate to each other conceptually. MCPServer is the core
building block, with other CRDs providing organization (MCPGroup),
aggregation (VirtualMCPServer), discovery (MCPRegistry), and shared
configuration (ToolConfig, MCPExternalAuthConfig).

Also adds detailed tables showing which CRDs deploy workloads vs
configuration-only resources, and a mermaid diagram showing the
reference relationships between CRDs.
