Standardize Azure naming and add comprehensive adapter testing (#850)

* Standardize Azure naming and add comprehensive adapter testing

- Standardize all Azure service names to underscore format:
  - azure_monitor (was azuremonitor)
  - azure_service_bus (was azureservicebus/servicebus)
  - azure_key_vault (was azure/azurekeyvault)
  - azure_cosmos (was azurecosmos)
  - azure_openai_gpt (was generic azure)
  - azure_ai_search (removed aisearch alias)

- Remove all backward compatibility aliases per requirement

- Fix schema-factory mismatches:
  - Remove unsupported ollama from embedding_backend
  - Standardize document_store to azure_cosmos

- Add comprehensive factory tests for all adapters:
  - Test all drivers listed in schemas
  - Schema-driven test discovery (no hardcoding)
  - Tests validate all imports and instantiation

- Add [all] and [test] extras to all adapter setup.py:
  - [all]: All driver dependencies for production flexibility
  - [test]: All drivers + pytest for comprehensive CI testing

- Update Dockerfiles to use [all] extras:
  - Ensures no deployment failures from missing dependencies
  - Enables runtime driver switching without rebuild
  - Prepares for future Azure-optimized images

- Update CI workflow to install [test] extras automatically

- Add comprehensive DEPENDENCY_STRATEGY.md documentation

* Fix adapter test driver names to match standardized schemas

Update test files to use standardized driver names with underscores:
- 'azuremonitor' -> 'azure_monitor'
- 'azureservicebus' -> 'azure_service_bus'

This aligns with the adapter schema standardization where all driver
names use underscores for consistency across the codebase.
