## Description

Removes the duplicated endpoint which sends a PacbioSMRTCellMetrics object but is called `pacbio_sequencing_run/<run_name`

### Changed

- Renamed new endpoint in `cg/server/endpoints/sequencing_run/pacbio_sequencing_run.py`
- Remove endpoint `pacbio_sequencing_run/<run_name`
- Remove Blueprint `PACBIO_SEQUENCING_RUN_BLUEPRINT`
