Support limited nosql for InMemDao (GSI-2080) (#205)

* Enable limited mongo query language in InMem dao

* Bump version from 7.2.1 -> 7.3.0

* Add undocumented improvements to MQL predicate interpretation

* Fix problems with predicate parser

* Disallow nesting logical operators under $not and add tests

* Add comparison tests for real mongodb and inmemdao

Also remove neq operator because it's not real

* Document predicate classes and functions

* Simplify comparisons

* Fix capitalization woes

* Make mypy be quiet

* Use dynamic class name in repr and switch to Protocol

* Fix dot notation so it errors on empty list

* Implicitly define unsupported mql operators

* Fold build_xyz_predicate functions into __init__() and fetch fn early

* Store resources in InMemDao mostly closely to how they are stored in a real DB

Fix nesting
