substantial changes to repo-list, enhancements to create, list

Add support for obscure borg create options
Add formats to repo-list
Add time_format setting.
Rename default_list_format to list_default_format
Rename MTime, CTime, ATime to mTime, cTime, aTime list placeholders
Rename CSize, DSize, DSSize to cSize, dSize, dsSize list placeholders.
Added mAgo, cAgo, aAgo list placeholders
