Add documentation for focusTrap plugin (#2609)

This PR primarily adds documentation for the focusTrap plugin. In addition, it also includes the following fixes and refactors:

- `StackArray` can now return the entire array by passing `"*"` to the `get` method
- Removed a legacy `package.lock` file from core
- Removed a redundant boolean conversion from `getGlobalState` helper
- Added enable and disable event options to the `focusTrap` plugin
