refactor(release): improve version bumping with shared functions and perf detection

- Refactor duplicate version bump logic into analyze_commits() and bump_version() functions
- Add package-lock.json to version bump (stays in sync with package.json)
- Amend coverage badge update into version bump commit (no longer separate)
- Add perf commits as patch-worthy alongside fix
- Simplify breaking change detection to only use ! suffix
- Use --force-with-lease for safer force pushes
