Add comprehensive unit test suite for core modules

Expand test coverage across the job queue library with focused unit tests
for each major component:

- Application: Supervisor startup verification
- Config: Option parsing, defaults, and validation
- Consumer: LeaseExtender background renewal, Manager lifecycle and
  scaling, Worker job execution and error handling
- Expirable: Timestamp-based expiration behavior
- Internal: Job state transitions, retry logic, lease management,
  and batch operations
- Payload: Serialization and struct handling
- Supervisor: Dynamic child management

Also adds edge case tests for Item.leased?/2 covering active leases,
expired leases, and invalid states.

Minor doc fix: Remove incorrect MyApp.Repo reference from supervision
tree examples in README and module docs.
