docs(prerequisites): use explicit sequential numbering in markdown lists

Use sequential numbering (1, 2, 3) instead of repeated "1." for markdown
lists. While markdown auto-increments work, explicit numbering makes the
raw markdown easier to read and maintain.

Also fixed indentation for nested list items to be consistent.

Addresses Copilot review feedback.
