perf: Disable the PHP code coverage (#55)

By default Codeception uses the PHP code coverage. If you execute:

```shell
cd tests/e2e/Codeception_Basic
composer install
vendor/bin/infection --debug
```

You will find the the file `coverage.serialized`. 

In [Codeception
5.2.0](https://github.com/Codeception/Codeception/blob/main/CHANGELOG-5.x.md#520),
the option `--disable-coverage-php` was introduced to disable it.

Since in our case we do not use this file and it is unnecessary I/O and
processing (however small it likely is), we can skip it.
