fix: add missing only_attendee filter in event list query (#879)

* fix: add missing only_attendee filter in event list query

The only_attendee query parameter was being validated and set in options,
but never actually applied in the SQL query. This caused the endpoint to
return all events instead of only events the user is attending.

Added the missing SQL condition: AND a.user IS NOT NULL
