feat: add fully_qualified_type to component trace output (#10295)

Add a new trace field `haystack.component.fully_qualified_type` that
provides the full module path and class name for components in tracing
output.

This enables dynamic component loading and better tooling integration
by exposing the complete type path (e.g.,
`haystack.components.generators.chat.openai.OpenAIChatGenerator`)
alongside the existing class-name-only `haystack.component.type` field.
